Shipping Fee: Free for orders over 10,000 THB / Flat rate: 250 THB under minimum.

Returns & Replacements
Due to regulations and the nature of cannabis products, returns are limited, but we proudly stand behind our quality.

Eligible Returns (within 24h of delivery):

Damaged packaging / contamination

Incorrect strains / SKUs / documentation mismatches (e.g. COA)

Return Process:

Report via WhatsApp or Email within 24h

Include photos + order number

Verified issues are replaced or credited within 48h

Returns for personal preference (taste, smell, effect) are not accepted unless verified product inconsistency is confirmed.
